Drawing inspiration from a years-long love affair with Japanese food and culture, James Heeley and Daniel Starkey are excited to welcome you to Chattanooga’s newest Izakaya and Ramen shop, Attack of the Tatsu. With their deep appreciation of Japanese culinary tradition, James and Daniel have crafted a menu that utilizes many of these exceptional techniques and ingredients. From extra-crispy Katsu and rich savory bowls of Ramen, Attack of the Tatsu strives to share just some of the magic the team discovered in Japan.

One particularly exciting feature of our bar is our super-special Suntory Toki carbonation machine. We’ve got the only one in Chattanooga, and — for that matter — the state of Tennessee!
This device allows us to pull incredibly carbonated water specifically for High Ball cocktails.
